About us

Biwott and Mugeni Advocates was created by two pioneering advocates who realised that the legal market was ready for a new approach towards the practice of law.

Our firm is structured to partner with our clients and keep at pace with their legal needs, as a result we operate differently and think differently.

Our approach to legal services is based on the belief that it does not have to be inaccessible, intimidating and litigious. We believe that it is easier, cheaper and faster to be proactive about legal issues instead of being reactive.

Our clientele base has benefited from our advisers proactively identifying pitfalls at an early stage and advising on how to avoid these pitfalls.
